How to get started

#1. Enrollment meeting

  • Team intro (if applicable)

  • Walk through Partner’s offerings & SL365 Starter Packages, answer questions, etc.

    • Cadence schedule: agree to the timing of weekly touchpoints

#2. Introducing each other  

  • Talk track: walk through vendor’s and SL 365’s personal introductions to capture specific language used in describing our businesses.

  • Trade value statements via email to electronically introduce each other, making sure to outline the next steps a client can expect after the introduction (email template)

#3. Cobranded list of service providers

  • Start with Partner’s list of local service providers 

  • SL 365 to vet, score and sign-up service providers as part of SL 365’s preferred network

#4. Client specific working session

  • Working session with SL365: ID clients to start working with (30 minutes to an hour)
