Hire a Specialist: Hiring someone who specializes in helping Seniors sort, evaluate, and select the “right” senior community is the first step in getting off on the right foot. We recommend using a specialty service or a licensed real estate agent to help navigate the process.
Hire a Home Organizer to develop a plan to make sure what you are planning on taking with you will fit, aka floor planning. Your organizer will be able to help identify what personal property items will best suit the new home.

Trade value statements via email to electronically introduce each other, making sure to outline the next steps a client can expect after the introduction (email template)
