Our mission at SilverLeaf 365 is clear: we want to help every family who is faced with the daunting tasks associated with aging in place, moving a senior out of their home, or of cleaning out a loved one’s home after they’ve passed.
We accomplish this by combining “high tech” with “high touch.”
Today’s technology allows us to accomplish tasks much faster than we ever imagined, but nothing can replace the feeling we get from working with a caring professional who knows the terrain with which we are only now beginning to get acquainted. When you ask us to help a family you’re working with, we’ll pair them with a dedicated Client Services Coordinator, who will walk the family members, step-by-step, through the project they need to complete, helping them to (A) create their plan of action and (B) follow through on the steps they chose.
